Peblla Update Newsletter | 2026 Vol. 3

New Features

📦 SKU Expansion (30k) for Retail

We've expanded SKU support to better fit retail and grab-and-go scenarios. Manage a wider range of packaged goods, variants, and non-food items alongside your regular menu — all from one system.

🔄 Central Menu Management for 3rd-Party Items

Manage your third-party delivery menus directly inside Peblla with two-way integration. Update an item once and the change syncs both ways between Peblla and your connected delivery channels — no more editing each platform separately.

🛵 SkipTheDishes Integration

Peblla now connects with SkipTheDishes. Receive and manage Skip orders right on your POS, alongside your other online ordering channels.

🍹 Happy Hour Promotion on POS

Set up time-based Happy Hour pricing directly on the POS. Choose the days, hours, and eligible items, and discounts apply automatically during your happy hour window — great for driving traffic during slower periods.

Optimizations

🏷️ New Large Label Size (2-1/8" × 2-3/4")

An additional large label size is now available, giving you more room for item names, modifiers, and order details on printed labels.

💳 Customer-Facing Display Tipping Now Supports Full-Service

Tipping on the Customer-Facing Display now works for full-service (FSR) orders, so dine-in guests can add a tip on screen just like quick-service.

🚫 Skip Tip Option for Online Channels

You can now let customers skip the tip prompt on online ordering channels, for a faster, lower-friction checkout.

📊 POS Discount Report

A new Discount Report is available on the POS, giving you a clear breakdown of discounts applied — by type and amount — without leaving the register.

🔍 Search Open Tabs by Tab Name

Quickly find an open tab by searching its name, making it faster to locate and manage guest checks during busy service.

📝 Prompted Entry for Dining Type, Member Info & Tab Name

The POS can now prompt staff to enter dining type, member information, and tab name at the start of an order — keeping orders organized and data consistent.
