Find Tip Setting under Store Portal - [Settings] - [Payment Settings].
Tip Calculation
You can choose between different tip calculation rules:
Order actual payment amount:
Tip percentage is calculated based on the actual order payment total, excluding rewards, promotions, and any other additional fees.
Subtotal:
Based on order subtotal, including rewards, promotions, and pre-paid amount. (e.g. Room charge is taken on a different platform and thus deducted from the payment on Peblla POS, however, you can still charge tips based on room charges.)
Sum of all subtotal, tax, and fees:
Tip calculated based on all other charges including subtotal, tax, fees, and pre-paid items.
Tip Configuration
Switch between Quick Service and Table Service for different suggested tips.
You can add a message to different tip levels, and use the selection button in the front to choose the default tip level.
Please note that the "no tip" and the "custom tip" options will always appear as an option, except for table service, you can choose not to display the "No Tip" option on the ordering tablet when customers pay over the table-side ordering tablet.
Auto-Gratuity
Turn on the feature to collect auto-gratuity.
Auto-gratuity for table service can be charged based on party size. You could also collect auto-gratuity for quick service orders.
You can also give auto-gratuity a name.
After configuration, click [Save] at the bottom of the page.

The same tip suggestions will also appear on the POS when you update tips.
Quick Service Tip Configuration
Under "tip amount", click on [Quick Service]
Default Tip Configuration
After entering a value, it becomes a quick-access button on the tip collection page. Click [Add Tip] to add a new configuration item.
The button below [Selection] will set the default option each time the page is opened.
Auto-Gratuity Configuration
Toggle the switch in [Auto-Gratuity] to enable it.
Click [Quick Service] to navigate to the page, then click [Add] to add a configuration.
Content Configuration
Gratuity Name: The name of the gratuity fee.
Customer Count: Determines whether mandatory gratuity is applied based on a specified customer threshold.
Percentage: The percentage of mandatory gratuity applied once the threshold is met (calculated based on the selected option in Tip Calculation above).
The [Add] button allows you to set different charges for various thresholds, while the [Red Button] enables deletion of entries.
Once configuration is complete, click [Save] at the bottom to apply the changes.
