Navigate to Store Portal - [Settings] - [Order Settings] - [POS Discount Option]
Click the [+ Discount] button to add a new discount.
Enter a discount name and select a discount type: "percentage" or "amount". If you want this discount only to be applied by employees with permission, please check "Require Manager Permission" at the bottom. More on employee permissions>>>
Click [Save] to make the discount effective on your POS.
