Allows the employee to modify the number of guests for an open table.

Override Item Quantity Limit:

Allows employees to add more of an item than its configured Item Quantity Limit on POS or Mobile POS. Without this permission, the action requires PIN verification.

Turn On/Off Cash Drawer Record:

Allows the employee to use their own PIN to enable or disable the detailed recording function of using the cash drawer, excluding the sales process.

Grants access to the Tip Option settings on the POS. See POS Settings - Payment Settings.

Batch Reminder Setting:

Allows employees to access Batch Reminder Setting on the POS.

Employees Face ID List:

Grants access to the list of employees who have Face ID set up. See POS Settings - Face ID Set Up.

Face ID Set Up:

Allows the employee to set up Face ID on the POS.

Barcode Register (View Only):

Grants view-only access to the Barcode Register on the POS. See POS Setting - Barcode Scan.

Barcode Register (Editing):

Allows the employee to add and edit entries in the Barcode Register.

Print Barcode:

Allows employees to open POS Settings > Print Barcode, select Items or Retail Products with SKU configured, and print barcode labels.

Allows employees to open Manage Access Card and bind, replace, or revoke employees’ access cards.

Grants permission to apply discounts to orders using the employee's own PIN.

Edit Discount:

Grants the ability to modify discount details using the employee's own PIN.

Custom Percentage Discount:

Enables setting custom percentage discounts.

Custom Amount Discount:

Allows setting of custom amount discounts.

Remove Tax:

Grants permission to remove tax from orders using the employee's own PIN.

Remove Convenience Fee:

Allows the removal of convenience fees after the manager's authorization.

Remove Convenience Fee via self PIN access:

Enables removal of convenience fees using the employee's own PIN.

Remove Auto-Gratuity:

Allows the removal of automatic gratuity charges using the employee's own PIN.

Switch Preferred Delivery Service:

Grants the ability to switch the store's preferred delivery service using the employee's own PIN.

Prepaid:

Allows adding prepaid to an order.

View Other Employee' Orders:

Enables viewing of orders taken by other employees.

Edit Other Employees' Orders:

Allows editing of orders taken by other employees.

Change Server:

Grants the ability to change the server assigned to an order.

Open Cash Drawer (No Sale):

Allows the cash drawer to be opened without a cash transaction in the following scenarios: declare cash tip, cash refunds, training mode cash transactions, and all other manual cash drawer openings.

Open Cash Drawer (Cash Payment):

Allows the cash drawer to be open for cash transactions.

Add Custom Item:

Allows adding custom items on the POS for sale.

Change Size Status:

Allows employees to mark an item size as unavailable when that size runs out.

Edit Service Charge:

Allows employees to edit a Service Charge on an order.

Edit Auto gratuity:

Allows employees to manually apply Auto Gratuity from Edit Order when the Auto Gratuity rule is set to Manual Only.

Sales SKU:

Allows the employee to sell items by scanning an item barcode on the POS. See POS Setting - Barcode Scan.

Apply Cash Payments:

Allows employees to apply cash payments on the POS.

Update Tip Again:

Allows employees to adjust a paid order’s tip within the payment gateway’s allowed adjustment window.

Add Discount:

Allows employees to create Item Discounts and Order Discounts on the POS.

Override Points Usage:

Allows member points to be redeemed outside the point rules set for your store, after the manager’s authorization. Employees without this permission can only redeem points according to your point rules.
