How to Void an Order on POS
Press [Void] to void the order.
Click [Confirm] to finalize the action.
Enter the PIN with appropriate permissions.
Choose a reason to void the order by selecting a pre-set option from [Reason for Void] or by manually entering a custom reason under [Other Reason].
After selecting or entering a reason, click [Void] to confirm and apply the action.
How to Configure Void Reasons
In the Store Portal, go to [Settings] - [Void Reasons], then click [+Add Void Reason]
Input a reason, and click [Save] to apply.
You can change the display order through drag and drop in "Sort" in the future, click the [Blue Button] in the "Action" column to edit, or the [Red Button] to delete.
How to Access and Review Voided Order Report
In the Store Portal, go to [Report] - [Void Report] to view the void report.
