How to Enable the Feature
In the Store Portal, go to [Settings] - [Payment Settings] to enter the page. Find the [Payment Settings] module and turn on the [Enable Prepaid] switch.
How to Configure Prepaid
Permissions:
If this feature is enabled, the POS system will prompt for the manager's PIN each time it is used to verify the payee's identity. This added layer of security helps prevent unauthorized payments and enhances overall transaction safety.
Prepaid Amount:
Create the name and amount of the prepaid group here, which can be quickly selected on the POS. Click [Save] to save the changes.
How to Use the Feature on POS
At checkout, click on the top-right [Prepaid] button.
If the [Ask manager PIN every time] button is turned on in the store portal, each use requires the input of the corresponding authority PIN.
After clicking [Prepaid], a popup will appear, and you can select the preset scheme, or click on [+ Add New Prepaid] to customize the payment amount to complete the prepayment. Note that the prepayment amount cannot exceed the current order amount.
After selection, the prepayment will be displayed in the top right corner, and the prepayment amount will be deducted at checkout.
