In this article, you will learn how to configure the offline credit card payment feature. This guide will walk you through the steps needed to enable and set up offline payments, ensuring that you can process credit card transactions even when your POS system is not connected to the internet.
Note:
The Order History on the home page is accessible in offline mode. When viewing order history in offline mode, only the orders created during the current offline session will be shown; orders from previous offline sessions will not be displayed.
Split payments cannot be processed in offline mode.
During card payment checkout, if the amount exceeds the limit, the payment button will not be displayed, and a reminder will be given. Card payments cannot be processed in this case.

To enable the offline card swipe function, ensure you are in a network environment. Click [Settings] on the POS main page to enter the settings page.
Click on [Offline Mode Setting] to enter the offline mode settings page.
Turn on the [Enable Offline Credit Card Payment] switch to activate the feature.
When the feature is enabled, enter the PIN code with the appropriate permission.
Enter an amount in the [Transaction Limit Per Order] to set the payment limit. Orders that exceed this amount cannot use this function.
Enter the transaction limit, click [Done] to save and complete the offline configuration.
