From POS home screen, navigate to Settings > Payment Settings.

Peblla provides the option to entirely skip the tipping process for Quick Service orders. You can choose [Disable Locally] if you wish this POS station never ask for tip for Quick Service orders.

You can choose how tip is entered, written on receipts or chosen on the customer-facing display, for each service mode.
