How to Get Notified of New Online Orders Instantly?
Go to the [Settings] page from the POS home page, and turn on [Online Order Auto Refresh & Alert].
When the [Online Order Auto Refresh & Alert] function is enabled, a notification will appear at the top of the screen each time a new online order is received.
How to Set Online Order Auto-Acceptance?
Tap on [Online Order Auto-Acceptance] to access the auto-acceptance settings page. Turn on the switch for [Auto-Acceptance Online Order]. The "ASAP" setting determines the time it takes for an order status to automatically change to "Ready." For example, if you set "ASAP" to 20 minutes, the order status will change to "Ready" 20 minutes after the order has been accepted.
The picture below shows an example of a kitchen ticket. With "ASAP" set to 5 minutes, the "Pickup Time" is 5 minutes after the "Order Placed Time."
In the picture below, you can see how "ASAP" appears on the app or website. It provides customers with an estimated "Ready" time for picking up their orders.
How to Pause Online Order Acceptance?
Click [Pause Online Order] on the Settings page.
Select the time period you want to pause for, then tap [Confirm]. You can choose to pause for "30 min," "1 hr," "2 hr," "3 hr," or "until the end of the business day."
How to Refresh the POS Machine?
When you make changes to the POS, such as updating the store name, cash discount, printers, or POS mode, you can apply all the changes by simply refreshing it. Tap [Refresh] on the Settings page.
When you make a change in the store portal or enterprise portal but do not refresh the POS, a notification will pop up in your order. You must empty all items and re-order them to check out.

You can set the printer to print receipts manually or automatically. Additionally, you can configure the printer to print extra copies of receipts.

Once you enable this option, customer names and contact information will appear on the kitchen ticket.
Print Bilingual Kitchen Ticket:
Once you enable this option, the kitchen ticket will be printed in both Chinese and English for payment status, dining type, and order notes.

Once you enable this option, the "Search Member" window will pop-up automatically when you get to the check-out page.

How to Choose Between Displaying Full Name or Alias?
You can choose whether you prefer the POS to display items by their Full Name or Alias Name. The Alias Name is what appears on the kitchen ticket. If the Full Name and Alias Name are the same, the Full Name will be shown on the kitchen ticket.
