After connecting the printers, you can configure the printing content for the POS, kitchen, and label printers according to your needs. In this article, you will learn how to configure various printer settings, such as printing pick-up tickets, printing receipts, and including customer contact information on labels and kitchen printer outputs.

Click on [Print Settings] in the POS Settings menu.

Saved Order Print Settings

Enable the [Print Receipt] option under [Saved Order Print Settings] to automatically print a receipt when an order is saved on the POS.

Print Pick Up Ticket

Enable the [Print Pick Up Ticket] option under [Print Settings] to print a pick-up ticket for customers to collect their orders.

Pick Up Ticket Style:

Print Receipt Option

Enable the [Print Receipt Automatically] and [Print Receipt Copy] options under [Print Receipt Option] to configure the automatic printing of receipts and duplicates.

Print Customer Contact Information on Label Printer

Print customer contact information on labels, displaying their name and phone number.

Print Customer Contact Information on Kitchen Printer

Enable the [Print Customer Contact Information on Kitchen Printer] option to print customer contact information on the kitchen printer, displaying customers' name and phone number.

Print Bilingual Kitchen Ticket

Enable the [Print Bilingual Kitchen Ticket] option to print kitchen tickets in both English and Chinese.

Bilingual sections include payment status, dining type, and order notes.

Host POS

Enable the [Host POS] option to designate this POS as the host, allowing it to be the only terminal that processes online orders.

Table Service Delayed Send

Enable the [Table Service Delayed Send] option to set a delay time for printing kitchen tickets in table service mode. Note that the [Host POS] function must be enabled first.
