Online Order Notification Settings
When a new order arrives, you will receive a notification on the POS. The order number will appear in the top right corner of the online order icon.
Click [Online Order Incoming Settings] on the Settings page.
[Online Order Auto Refresh & Alert]:
① When enable the feature, there will be a prominent pop-up notification for new orders.
② The style of the top notification on the POS page will change.
Click on the [^] symbol to expand the notification, and click on the [Top Notification] to go to the order receiving page.
[Online Order Incoming Sounds]:
You can enable this feature to add sound notifications, which will be synchronized with visual notifications.
Online Order Auto-Acceptance
You can configure the system to automatically accept online orders, eliminating the need for manual acceptance.
Click [Online Order Auto-Acceptance] on the Settings page.
Configuring Online Order Auto-Acceptance:
① [Auto-Accept Online Order]:
When enable this feature, online orders will be automatically accepted.
Once an order is accepted, its status will change from "New" to "Processing".
② [ASAP]:
If a customer places an ASAP order, you can set a delay time before the order is automatically accepted. This delay gives staff some reaction time, during which manual acceptance is still possible.
③ [Future Order]:
If a customer places a future order, you can click on [Print Now/Print 20 Mins in Advance] to set the ticket printing time. This feature is useful for preparing dishes in advance and preventing ticket loss.
④ [New Order Accepted Sounds]:
When this feature is enabled, a sound notification will be triggered whenever a new order is automatically accepted.
⑤ [Only Auto-Accept During Business Hours]:
When this feature is enabled, orders will be automatically accepted only during business hours.
⑥ [Delivery]:
Set the estimated cooking time.
Customer's Order Page View After Restaurant Acceptance:
① Web:
After the order is accepted, the customer's order page will synchronize and display the updated progress. The "ready around time" will be calculated as the acceptance time plus the estimated preparation time.
② Receipt:
The printed receipt will also include a time limit for the kitchen printer.
Pause Online Order
During peak hours, when staff are too busy to handle online orders, you can use the "Pause Online Order" feature to temporarily disable the online ordering function.
Access the online business status editing page in two ways:
① Click [Settings] on the POS main page to enter the settings page
Click [Pause Online Order].
② Click [Online Orders] on the POS main page
Click [Online Orders Normally].
Stop accepting online orders:
Select a time period to pause online orders: 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, or until the end of the business day. After choosing the desired option, click "Confirm" to finalize the configuration. You can change the time option at any time after the initial setup.
Resume online sales:
Click [Resume Selling Immediately] to resume online sales. After selecting this option, click [Confirm] to save the changes.
