Settings - Online Order & Order Status Setting

In this article, you will learn how to automatically set online orders received on the POS as "Ready".

Updated over a week ago

The system has a default estimated pick-up time that can be edited. Follow the instructions on the page to customize this option. This article also explains how to adjust the pick-up time and set the order-ready status.

📖 Tutorial

Navigate to Store Portal - [Settings] - [Order Settings]

System Default Pick-Up Estimate

This setting will be overridden by your Online Order Preparation Time on the POS. Therefore, please leave this setting as its default value. This will not affect your online order acceptance.

Pick-Up Time Estimate

This setting will determine your online order order ahead intervals, as well as your last online order acceptance time. For example, if you put 15 here and your business hours is from 10 am to 10 pm every day, your restaurant pick-up time slot will be from 10:00~10:15, and then 10:15~10:30. Your last pick-up slot will be 9:45~10:00, and the last online order must be placed before 9:45.

Automatically Switch to Ready Status

On the POS, you can always manually switch orders to ready status and send out an SMS to notify the customer. However, when you can set up a default time interval, and once the time is up, the order will be automatically switched to "Ready" status, in case your employees are too busy to do that manually.

Automatically Switch to Complete Status

Similarly, the system can help you switch all orders to complete status after a certain period.
