How to Access Order History
There are several ways to access the order history page: you can navigate to it from the POS home page, the quick service page, or the table service page.
1. Access from the POS Home Page:
On the POS home page, press [Order History] to access the page.
2. Access from the Quick Service Page:
On the ordering page, click on [Order History] to access the order history page.
3. Access from the Table Service Page:
Note: If you access it from the table service page, you will only be able to view the history of table dining orders.
On the table service page, press [TBL SVC Orders] to access the table service order history page.
Click on [Update Tips] to access the page to update tips.
How to Use the Filter and Search Bar on the Order History Page
The filter and search bar are located on the left side of the order history page.
Quick Search:
Click on the condition to quickly search for orders.
[Save Orders] | Unpaid orders in fast food mode. |
[Update Tips] | Orders in fast food mode that can have tips updated (orders paid by credit card). |
Search Customer Information:
You can search by entering the customer's phone number, order number, table number, the last 4 digits of the credit card, or order notes.
Condition Filter:
You can select conditions such as Time, Order Status, Payment Status, Order Channel, Menu, Dine Type, and more. After selecting your criteria, click the [Search] button at the bottom of the page to find the relevant orders.
Overview of the Right Section of the Order History Page
The First Column:
The content is dining type (different colored lines represent different types) and order time (ASAP indicates online orders without a specific order time).
The Second Column:
The content is customer information. If the customer is logged in as a member, it displays the member name and phone number. If not logged in, a randomly generated user ID is displayed.
The Third Column:
Order number (Table Service orders have "TBL" followed by the table number, while online orders do not have a number), quantity of dishes, and total amount spent.
Order Status:
Unpaid | Orders that have not been paid yet (in progress). |
Paid | Orders paid with cash or orders paid with a credit card and had the tip updated. |
Partially Paid | Orders that have been partially paid but not fully paid. |
Authed | Orders paid with a credit card but the tip has not been paid. |
Partially Refunded | Orders with partial item refunds. |
Full Refund | Orders with a full refund. |
Order Operations Based On Different Statuses:
Unpaid Order:
For unpaid orders, click [Edit] to enter the ordering page and continue with the order. For pick-up or online orders, click on [Pay] to enter the payment page.
After opening the order page, you can perform actions such as canceling, editing, printing, and processing payments.
Paid Order:
For paid orders, you can perform a refund or print the order.
Partially Paid Order:
For partially paid orders, click [Pay] to complete the payment.
After opening the order, you can perform operations such as canceling, printing, and processing payment.
Authed
For authorized orders, click [Update/Close Check] to collect tips.
After opening the order, you can perform printing and tip collection operations
Partially Refunded:
For partially refunded orders, you can continue with refunding, printing receipts, and payment operations.
Full Refund:
You can print receipts after opening the order.
Overview of Order Details
Customer Information:
If the customer is logged in as a member, it displays the member's name and phone number. If not logged in, a randomly generated user ID will be displayed.
You can view the current order status, order placement time, and payment method.
You can view the quantity of items and detailed information about each item.
You can also view the final payment amount along with a detailed breakdown of the charges.
If there are any special operations on the order, such as a refund, it will display detailed information about the operation.
It displays information about the operator of the order.
Table Service Order History Page
Clicking on [TBL SVC Orders] will take you to the table dining order history page.
Compared to the overall order history page, the table service order history page only differs in the condition filtering section. The rest of the content remains the same as mentioned above.
Clicking on [Update Tips] from the tip update entry will take you to the table dining order history page.
You can directly view orders in the [Authed] status, making it convenient to quickly find orders for tipping.
