If the signature receipt is damaged or misplaced, a new one can be manually printed. The tip signature receipt can be reprinted multiple times if needed.
Note: Tip signature slip can only be printed for credit card transactions.

If Access from the POS Home Page:
Open [Order History] on the POS home page
If Access from the Table Service Mode:
In the [Table Service] mode, click [TBL SVC Orders] to see the table service order history page or select [Update Tips] to view orders that can accept tips.
Select an order that has been paid with a credit card.
Click [Print] to open the Print Options page.
Choose [Check to Sign] button to print the tip signature receipt.
