In this article, you will learn how to manually print receipts. In special cases such as label damage, kitchen receipt damage, or missing prints, you may need to reprint receipts. This guide will show you how to locate and reprint orders efficiently, ensuring that you can address any issues promptly and maintain smooth operations.
Note: This feature is only available for orders placed through the POS channel and is not supported by the web, kiosk, app, or other channels.

Click [Order History] on the main page of the POS system.
Select the order you wish to print.
Regardless of whether the order is completed or not, click [Print].
Next, select the [Manual Print Item] option.
Select the items you need to print (either one or more), then click [Print] to proceed.
