Peblla's Reservation feature offers a comprehensive solution for managing restaurant bookings through a single portal. The waitlist feature provides unparalleled flexibility in table arrangements and reservation fee collection.

Navigate to Store Portal - [Table Service] - [Waitlist & Reservation] - [Reservation]

The feature is turned off by default. If you haven't set up any Table Type, the system will prompt you to configure table type before enabling this feature. Further details on Table Type>>>

Website Reservation Availability Settings

Please note that this setting only affects customer reservations made through your branded website. Reservations made by your employees through the POS system are not subject to these rules.

First, configure whether you want the same availability schedule every day or different schedules for each day of the week.

The number in grey at the bottom left corner shows how many tables of this type are available at this store. You can configure how many tables you want to make available for online public reservations using the text box.

Note: Special Days, e.g. Holiday schedule will override your original schedule. Use the button on the top right to see past special days reservation settings.

Reservation Rules Settings

Advance Reservation Time

You can set up how many days and hours in advance customers must place a reservation and how far in advance they can make reservations.

For example, if customers can make reservations from 0 days and 2 hours ahead up to 10 days in advance, the latest they can reserve a table for 8 pm is 6 pm the same day. Additionally, if today is the 2nd, customers can make reservations up to the 12th of the month.

Reservation Interval

This reservation time interval will appear on the customer's end.

No Show Fee Settings

A "No Show Fee" is collected when customers make reservations online. This is an optional setup if your restaurant doesn't want to punish customers for no-shows, you can choose "No Charge."

Choose "Fixed Charge" if all table types share the same no-show fee.

You can also charge no-show fees by different table types.

Violation Rules

When the customer is a no-show, the restaurant could charge the no-show fee according to the liability rule.

Merchant's limitless liability exemption: A no-show fee will be charged if the customer misses the reservation time, regardless of the reason.

Customer's limitless liability exemption: A no-show fee will not be automatically charged even if the customer misses the reservation time.

Customer's limited liability exemption: A no-show fee will be charged unless the customer cancels the reservation X hours before reservation time. 1 < X < 180.

Reservation Channels

Currently, the only channel available for customer reservations is your branded website. We will soon open up reservations through the app and Google Maps. You can always make reservations through your POS. Use the download button to download the reservation QR code.

Notifications

No-Show Fee Payment Reminder

This text will be sent to the customer if a no-show fee is set up and the reservation is made through the POS. The customer must submit the payment to complete the reservation.

Reservation Confirmation

This message will be sent when the customer has successfully completed the reservation. For restaurants with no-show fee, the payment should be submitted before getting this message.

Reservation Reminder

This text is an optional reminder sent to the customers. It can be sent 1~24 hours before the reservation time. To offer better customer experience, you can also set up a quiet hour so that the text is not sent out in the middle of the night.
