Peblla's Waitlist feature offers a comprehensive solution for managing restaurant walk-ins in a single portal. Seamlessly integrated with our reservation feature, it provides unparalleled flexibility in table arrangements for your sit-down restaurant.

📖 Tutorial

Navigate to Store Portal - [Table Service] - [Waitlist & Reservation]. On the top of the page, find the "Waitlist" tab.

You can open up waitlists according to a fixed schedule or control through the POS manually. If you choose a scheduled availability, You can configure it for lunch and dinner. Once it is time, the waitlist button will automatically appear on your kiosk and other waitlist channels.

We will be opening up your branded app and website for the waitlist in the future. For the moment, the waitlist feature is available on kiosks only. Whether you choose to print a waitlist ticket or not, a text will be sent to customers as a waitlist confirmation.

Notification can be set up and sent to customers as reminders of their waitlist status.
