In this article, you will learn how to create different table types and define the number of guests that each table type can accommodate. You will also learn how to create various dining areas. For example, you can categorize tables by area (bar, patio, inside) or by dining type (BBQ, hot pot).

Navigate to Store Portal - [Table Service] - [Waitlist & Reservation], and find [Table Type] on the third tab at the top of the page.
The [Table Type Configuration] affects only the waitlist feature. For example, if you want to open your lobby seats for the waitlist while reserving private rooms for reservations only, you can select "No" for the private rooms.
Table Type List
Dining Area | Name of the area (etc. Hot Pot, Private Rooms, First Floor) |
Table Number Prefix | Capital Letters A-Z, will appear on waitlist tickets |
Table Ticket Type | Table type |
Number of Guests | Number of guests can fit at the table |
Number of Tables | Number of tables available |
Average Meal Time (Minutes） | The table will be blocked out for this time interval once a reservation is made |
Add New Table Type
Click the [+ Add] button to add a new table type. Use the add button on the page if you want to add a new Dining Area as well.
Edit and Delete Table Type
Dining areas cannot be edited or deleted when there are active reservations or waitlists. However, other information can still be edited.
