Dining Time
To configure dining time, navigate to the Peblla Store Portal and select [Table Service] - [Dining Flow Control]. On the Dining Flow Control page, go to the [Dining Time] subpage.
On the [Dining Time] page, you can configure the dining time limit and set an advanced reminder. To begin, enable the [Dining Time Limit] toggle to access the configuration options. Under Limited Options, you can choose between two settings:
Manually Selected on POS: This allows restaurant employees to manually configure the dining time directly on the POS system.
Fixed Time: Here, you can enter a specific dining time, which will be uniformly applied to all tablets.
The [Advanced Reminder] option is only available when the [Dining Time Limit] toggle is enabled. Here, you can configure the following settings:
Remind in Advance: Set the number of minutes before the dining time limit ends to send a reminder. You can specify the duration in the provided field.
Reminder Method: Choose how the reminder will be displayed:
For POS: You can select Banner or Pop-up notifications.
For iPad/QR Code Ordering: Only Pop-up notifications are available.
Once you have completed the configuration, click [Save] to apply all changes.
Item Quantity Limit
On the [Item Quantity Limit] page, click the [+ Add] button in the top-right corner to open the [Add Item Quantity Limit] page. Here, you can configure the following options:
Name: Assign a name to the item quantity limit group.
Maximum Order Quantity per Item: Choose whether the limit is based on By Table or By Number of Guests.
Per Round Send Limit: Enable this option if you want to limit the number of items per order round.
Total Limit per Session: Enable this option to set an overall limit for the dining session.
Limited Type: Specify the type of limitation:
Per Item: Set limits for individual items.
Per Category: Apply limits to entire categories of items.
Limits on Multi-Categories: Configure limits across multiple categories.
Once the configurations are complete, click [Save] to apply the changes, or select [Save and Add Another] to save the current setup and add another item quantity limit.
Dining Notice
On the [Dining Notice] page, you can configure two types of dining notices:
Banner:
Enable the Banner toggle to display notices in the banner section of the ordering interface. Click [Add] to input and customize your notice content. The banner notice will be prominently displayed on the ordering iPad or QR code ordering page for customers to see.Popup:
Enable the Popup toggle to create popup messages that will appear as a window overlay on the customer’s screen. You can add a Title, detailed Content, and even upload images to enhance the message. Once configured, click [Save] to apply the changes. The popup will be displayed to customers when they first open the menu after scanning the QR code.
Once the configurations are complete, click [Save] to apply the changes.
