In this article, you will learn how to use the split order feature to divide the bill among multiple customers. This guide will walk you through the steps to ensure an efficient and accurate splitting of the bill, providing a seamless dining experience for both your staff and customers.

Navigate to Store Portal - [Settings] - [Order Settings], turn on the [Seat Number] option. If the option [Seats are automatically brought in every time a table is opened] is checked, seating will be automatically applied based on the number of guests each time an order is placed.

Select the number of guests when opening the table.

Click [Seat Number] to use the seating feature.

Click on a seat to place an order for each seat separately.

If you want to split the order, click on [Split Order].

Click on the [By Seats] in the upper right corner, the orders will be split by seat with one click.
