Peblla has recently launched its combo feature. You can now offer your existing menu items as a combo for sale, (burgers and beverages combo, sushi sampler, etc). Each item in the combo can still be customized individually, and orders can be sent to different kitchen printers. Sales of individual items in the combo will be recorded separately in the backend system.

During the checkout process, customers now have the option to enter their mobile phone number or email address to receive electronic receipts. All electronic receipts can be accessed and viewed in the backend to prevent any disputes regarding credit card transactions.

In case of an emergency situation requiring immediate customer support, we have added a "Technical Support" option on the main screen of the POS system.

For table service, you now have the convenience of placing orders directly on individual seats at the table. This significant enhancement simplifies the checkout process, eliminating the need for staff to memorize or inquire about specific dishes ordered by each seat in order to split the bill accurately and effortlessly.

Merchants can now choose whether customers can use points to offset the cost when another promotion is available. (such as combo or points). This prevents the possibility of incurring losses of revenues on orders where discounts and points are applied together.

We have simplified the process of using eGift Cards for payment. Now, you can simply search and verify their membership using their mobile phone number, making the redemption process more efficient.
