This article will guide you on how to receive e-receipts using Peblla POS. When payment is completed, customers can choose to receive their receipt via email or SMS. All e-receipts are securely stored in the backend, providing easy access in case of a transaction dispute.

After completing a payment, customers can choose how they want to receive their receipt by entering their phone number or email address. If a customer has previously paid with a credit card and provided their information, they can select from the stored details for quicker receipt delivery.
If the customer selects email, they will need to enter their email address unless one is already associated with their card. Once entered, they can press [Send Email] to complete the process.
Similarly, if the customer chooses SMS, they should enter their phone number and then select [Send Message].
