We’ll walk you through how to purchase, activate, print, and redeem gift cards step by step. You'll also find examples of the gift card checkout screen and receipts to help you better understand the full user experience from both the staff and customer perspectives.

E-Gift Card Purchase
Choose [Purchase Gift Card] and then select eGift Card.
First, select a digital gift card cover, which will be displayed in the customer's app when the card is redeemed.
On supported POS devices with a customer-facing screen, restaurant staff can allow the customer to choose their preferred cover design during the purchase process.
Then choose the value customers wants to add to the gift card.
Next, enter the recipient's information. This is the delivery address for the eGift Card redemption details—not necessarily the account the card will be linked to.
The recipient can redeem the gift card under any phone number, regardless of the one used for delivery.
If the customer wants to send the card directly to an existing member, they can do so by selecting the [For Self] option, then choosing from the list of existing members linked to the system.
Physical Gift Card Purchase

Please first choose whether you want a label sticker card or a pre-printed gift card.
Label Sticker Card
For label sticker card, please make sure you have a label printer connected to your POS.
The rest of the step for a label sticker card is very much similar to purchasing a digital gift card, except in the last step, the customer to choose to purchase multiple cards of the same value. And since it is a physical card, the buyer does not need to specify a recipient.
Pre-Made Card
A pre-printed card will have a barcode or 16-digit card number printed on the back. Restaurant staff can use a supported device to scan the barcode for quick entry or manually enter the card number into the system.
Then just select the value you want to deposited into the given gift card or apply running promotions.
Add Gift Card to Account
Customers can redeem and bind both digital and physical gift cards to their account using the 16-digit card number. Once the card is bound to an account, customers can use it by simply providing their phone number—there’s no need to carry the physical card with them.
If the card includes a security PIN, they will also need to provide the PIN to verify the card information.
Then, customer needs to provide the phone number which they want to associate the card with. Verfication is needed.
