In this article, you will learn how to use the AI Phone Ordering feature in the Peblla backend. This feature allows restaurants to track AI-handled phone orders, analyze call trends, and monitor the impact on sales and order volume. By leveraging AI phone ordering, businesses can improve customer service efficiency and enhance revenue generation.

How to Access AI Phone Analytics

To find AI Phone Analytics in the Peblla backend:

  1. Log in to your Peblla Backend.

  2. Navigate to Store Portal.

  3. Go to Analytics.

  4. Select AI Phone Analytics.

This will take you to the AI Phone Analytics page, where you can track and analyze AI-handled calls.

If you haven't enabled Peblla's AI Phone Ordering feature but would like to try it, please contact Peblla customer support to activate it for you.

Understanding AI Phone Analytics Sections

Once inside AI Phone Analytics, you will see multiple sections displaying key metrics and data insights:

1. Key Performance Summary

At the top of the page, you'll find four key performance indicators:

  • Total Calls – The total number of calls received.

  • AI Phone Resolved Calls – The number of calls successfully handled by AI.

  • Revenue Boost – Additional revenue generated through AI phone orders.

  • Order Volume Boost – The increase in order count due to AI phone ordering.

You can adjust the date range at the top right corner of the page. After selecting your desired range, click [Search] to view the corresponding data.

2. Call Volume Trends

  • This graph displays call trends over a selected date range.

  • The blue bar represents total calls, while the green bar shows AI phone resolved calls.

  • Helps in understanding how AI is handling incoming calls over time.

3. Sales Revenue Trends

  • Tracks the sales performance resulting from AI phone orders.

  • Provides insight into sales trends and order volume growth.

4. Call List

  • Displays detailed call records, including:

    • Caller Number – The phone number of the customer.

    • Call Start Time – When the call was initiated.

    • Duration – Length of the call in seconds.

    • Call Outcome – The result of the AI-handled call.

    • SMS Sent – Indicates if an SMS follow-up was sent.

    • Order Details – Order number and subtotal (if an order was placed).

The AI Phone Ordering analytics page provides valuable insights into call trends, sales impact, and AI efficiency. By monitoring this data, businesses can optimize AI handling for better customer engagement and order conversion.
