How to Access SMS Marketing
To find SMS Marketing in the Peblla backend:
Log in to your Peblla Backend
Navigate to Enterprise Portal
Go to Marketing
Select SMS Marketing
This will take you to the SMS Marketing page, where you can create and manage SMS campaigns.
Understanding SMS Marketing Sections
1. Overview
At the top of the page, you will see key metrics providing insights into your SMS campaigns. These include:
Total Subscribers – The number of subscribers eligible to receive SMS campaigns.
Revenue Boost – Additional revenue generated through SMS marketing campaigns.
Order Volume Boost – The increase in orders as a result of SMS campaigns.
Messages Sent – The total number of SMS messages sent to customers.
Unsubscribe Rate – The percentage of customers who have opted out of receiving SMS campaigns.
You can adjust the date range of this section to view data for a specific period.
2. All SMS Campaigns
This section allows you to manage and track your SMS campaigns. It includes:
Search & Filters
Search for campaigns by name.
Filter by campaign objective, status, or send date.
Click [Search] to apply filters and view specific results.
Campaign List Table
This table provides an overview of all your SMS campaigns, including:Campaign Name – The name of the SMS campaign.
Campaign Objective – The purpose of the campaign (e.g., promotions, announcements).
Send Date – The scheduled or completed send date.
Status – Indicates if the campaign is pending, sent, or completed.
SMS Sent – The number of messages sent.
Order Volume – The number of orders generated from the campaign.
Order Subtotal – The total revenue generated from orders linked to the SMS campaign.
Actions – Options to manage or modify campaigns.
To create a new campaign, click [+ New SMS Campaign] in the top right corner of the page.
