In this article, you will learn how to use the notification function to manage email and SMS notifications effectively. The notification settings allow you to enable or disable various alerts based on your business needs.

How to Add Notification Recipient

To subscribe to email and SMS notifications from Peblla regarding your daily operations, navigate to Peblla Store Portal - [Settings] - [Notifications]. Click [+Add].

Add recipient contact and [Save].

Here are the sample reports/notifications you will receive.

Transaction Report

Your monthly statement will be sent on the first day of the month.

Sales Overview Report

This is the report that helps summarize your store performance. The report will be sent 2~3 hours after the end of your business day.

Store Account Notification

This notification includes payout notification and Peblla's subscription invoices to you.

Customer Review Notification

Customers could submit reviews through your branded website or app. The reviews are only visible to the owner.

Failed Offline Payment Notification

With the Peblla system, you are able to make offline credit card payments. However, since the transaction happened when the device was offline and there's a chance the payment could fail once the device is back online, you might receive a notification from us when that happens.

Void Notification

A notification could be sent to your email address when an order, item, or add-on is voided.

Refund Notification

A notification could be sent to your email address when a refund occurs.

Cash Drawer Operation Log

This report can only be received if you have the Open Cash Drawer feature enabled on POS.
