Using AI Phone

When a customer calls, the AI assistant answers the call and helps the customer place an order through a self-service system.

If the customer wants to speak to a human representative, they can press "2" to be transferred to a staff member. At this point, the store's phone will ring, and the POS system will display the caller's phone number.

🔎 Instant Caller ID on POS

When an incoming call is routed to staff, the POS system will immediately display the caller’s information using Instant Caller ID on POS. This includes the phone number and any saved profile data, so staff can quickly recognize the customer and provide faster, more personalized service.

Caller ID with History

Peblla’s Caller ID with History feature uses historical order data to instantly identify callers. When an existing customer calls again:

  • The POS will show the caller’s name, phone number, and any previous order history.

  • Staff can view past orders immediately, giving context for preferences or repeat orders.

  • This helps provide more accurate and efficient customer service.

For new customers (whose phone number isn’t in the system), you will see:

  • The number displayed as [Unknown] in the pop-up window.

  • The incoming phone number and time of the call.

  • Options to create and save a new customer profile.

Handling Incoming Calls from Existing Customers

For existing customers, their name will be displayed in the POS pop-up window, along with their phone number and the time the order was placed. To proceed, click on [Start Order] to access the ordering page.

On the ordering page, you can view their name, delivery address, reward points, and other details by clicking on their name located in the top-left corner of the page.

Handling Incoming Calls from New Customers

For new customers, the number will be displayed as [Unknown] in the POS pop-up window. The window will also show the incoming phone number and the time the order was placed.

Click on [Start Order] to proceed, where you can enter the customer's delivery address, name, and other contact details. You may also enter the [Delivery Address].
