📖 Tutorial

Coursing

Navigate to Store Portal - [Table Service] - [Coursing] to enter the page.

Click the [+ Add Course] button to add a new course, or use the blue edit button on the right to edit existing ones.

Select items from the existing menu to be associated with the course.

After associating linked dishes, the dish sequence will be displayed accordingly in the POS shopping cart, split order page, and kitchen printouts.

Meal Pacing

In the store portal, click on [Table Service] - [Meal Pacing] to access the page. Meal Pacing option is off by default. Once enabled, you need to configure dishes without a course. You can set it to either prompt each time for whether to send non-course dishes to the kitchen or to send all dishes without a course to the kitchen together.

Under "Meal Pacing" page, you can choose whether to send dishes without an assigned coursing to the kitchen when pressing the [Send] button on the POS.

After enabling meal pacing, in POS table service mode, a popup will appear to select the dish sequence when sending orders to the kitchen.

After selecting a coursing to send to the kitchen, the unsent dishes will remain in a Hold status.
