In this article, you will learn how to configure combo sales on your POS. Offering combo meal options to customers can reduce their decision-making costs while providing them with discounts. Additionally, you can increase revenue and promote the sale of specific dishes through various combination options.
Note:
Items within the same combo can be sent to the kitchen separately.
The entire combo must be refunded together.

After setting up combos in the Store Portal, the ordering page will display the Combo options in the top right corner of the item button. Click to select the combo, and if all the default items have been properly set, the combo will be automatically added to the shopping cart.
Modifying Combo Contents:
Click on the "Modifier" option, and the default options will appear based on the combo settings. Customers can choose a certain number of items from the available dishes according to the combo conditions set earlier. Changing the combo items will not affect the price. Please note that the quantity selected must meet the specified conditions.
When a combo is selected, a red vertical bar will appear on the left side to alert the cashier that it is a combo set.
Advanced Combo Settings
Required Items:
After setting up the required options, the combo cannot be ordered without selecting those items. Customers can choose other items based on their quantity requirements.
Increasing Quantity of the Same Item:
If a maximum purchase limit is set for an item, customers can adjust the quantity by clicking the "-" and "+" symbols. (Items without these symbols can only be added once by default.)
Price Variation based on Different Items:
Apart from the default items, if prices are set for each additional item, adding or removing items will modify the overall combo price accordingly.
Unselectable Items:
Items marked as sold out or out of stock will appear in gray and cannot be selected.
When a combo does not have default options, a [Modifier] window will pop up. It is necessary to make selections based on the given conditions; otherwise, the combo cannot be successfully selected for payment.
Order and Item Notes:
Clicking on "Notes" allows you to add special instructions to the entire order or to a specific item within a combo.
Discount:
You can apply a discount to the entire combo, but it cannot be applied to individual items within the combo.
Split Order:
Items within the combo cannot be split. You can only move combo together between different checks.
Payment:
The checkout process is the same as regular items.
