To control what prints on your customer receipts and checks, go to Store Portal > Settings > Receipt Settings.
Everything on this page applies to the receipts and checks your store prints. Remember to click Save at the bottom of the page after you make a change.
Logo, Advertising Picture & Tax Registration Information
LOGO — upload the logo you want printed on your receipts.
Advertising Picture — upload your App QR code or an advertising picture to print it on the receipt. The maximum capacity of the image is 2M.
Tax Registration Information — add your tax registration number here, for example GST/HST: 123456789 RT 0001. Up to 200 characters.
Print Options
Turn each option on to include it on the printout:
Print Dining Type — prints the dining type on the receipt.
Print Sequence Number — prints the order sequence number on the receipt.
Print Order Ready QR-Code — prints the QR code customers can scan to check when their order is ready.
Print Order Bar Code on Receipt — prints a scannable bar code on receipts so staff can quickly retrieve a saved order and add items at checkout. See POS Quick Service - How to Retrieve a Saved Order by Scanning the Receipt.
Font Size — choose Small, Medium, Large or Extra Large. Extra Large font size is available for specific printer manufacturers, such as Star and Rongta. For unsupported printers, it will automatically default to Large when 'Extra Large' is selected.
Print Content — choose Print All Items or Hide Free Items. If your restaurant's order contains a lot of free items that you do not want to see on the receipt, you can select 'Hide Free Items' to hide all items marked as free.
Consolidate Identical items — if enabled, identical items will be combined into a single line with the corresponding quantity. If disabled, items will be printed according to order screen sequence.
Combo Item Print Setting
This section controls how combo items are laid out on your tickets. The previews on the right show what each ticket will look like as you change the settings.
Sequence Combo Name Prefix — set the prefix printed in front of the Combo Name, the Item Name and the Modifier Name. In the example above they are set to [Combo], @ and #.
Receipt Settings — choose whether the Combo Name and the Item Name are printed on the Receipt & Check, the Kitchen ticket and the Label.
Click Save to apply your changes, or Cancel to discard them.
