This article will guide you on checking employee shifts, configuring shift settings, and adjusting clock in/out times.

In this article, you will learn how to check employee shifts, including clock-in and clock-out times, working hours, and total tips. You will also learn how to configure shift settings and adjust clock-in and clock-out times, along with inputting the corresponding reasons for these adjustments.

Check Employee Shifts

Navigate to Store Portal - [Management] - [Shifts] - [Shifts] to access the shifts page.

On the shift page, you can view each employee's name, total tips earned, and total hours worked. Use the option in the top search bar to adjust the time period and see total tips and hours worked for a specific timeframe. Additionally, you can download the report by clicking the [Download] button in the top right corner.

Configure Shift Details

Navigate to Store Portal - [Management] - [Shift] - [Details] to access the page.

On the details page, you can view a comprehensive list that includes each employee's name, clock-in and clock-out dates and times, and their work duration.

Under the [Action] column, click the blue edit button to access the "Adjust Clock In/Out Time" page, where you can edit their clock-in and clock-out times.

Under the [Action] column, click the blue page button to access the "Log of Shifts" page. Here, you can view a table that includes information on operation time, operator, activity, and adjustment reasons.

Adjust Shift Settings

Navigate to Store Portal - [Management] - [Shift] - [Shift Settings] to access the page.

Under the [Clock In/Out] section, enable mandatory clock in/out by toggling the button on. You can also turn on the [Clock-Out Reminder] button to remind employees to clock out.

In the [Adjust Reason] section, you can view the list of reasons for adjusting clock in/out times. In the [Action] column, use the blue button to edit a reason or the red button to delete an adjustment reason.
