In this article, you will learn how to configure "Buy X Get Bonus Points" promotion. After purchasing a certain number of items, customers can earn extra bonus points. With more benefits available through points accumulation, this can attract more customers to participate and increase their willingness to make purchases.

Table of Contents:

Navigate to Enterprise Portal - [Promotions] - [Promotions] - [Increase Average Order Value] - [Buy X Get Bonus Points], and click [+] to create an event.

Promotion Settings:

Name: Name the promotion in the textbox.

Description: Input the necessary description here. (For example, promotion rules.)

Internal Note: Note for internal use only. Customers will not be able to see this.

Discount range:

Set up the activity threshold (only when the number of items in the order reaches the threshold, the discount activity will be displayed), and configure the items involved in the event (the discount can apply to all items or certain items).

All: all items participate in the discount;

Include: includes some items in the discount;

Exclude: Some items do not participate in the discount.

Reward Configuration

① You can get bonus points on top of the original ones.

② You can get points reward in multiples of the original points. For example, if the multiple number is 2, you can get 2 times the original points additionally.

Participating Channels:

This can be used on the App and Web but the POS or Kiosk are not supported.

Participating stores:

Choose the stores participating in the event.Participating stores: Choose the stores participating in the event.

Event validity time: Choose the start time, the end time is optional.

If the event can only be used during special times, click [Special Hours], then set the time it can be used.

Click [Save].

You can view the ongoing discount events in the [Ongoing Events] list under the Promote page, click the [blue button] to view event details, and the [red button] can disable the event.

On the [Event Details] page, you can view the total order amount, number of orders, and number of customers participating in the event.

You can also change the event description, internal notes, and items participating in the event (other items cannot be changed during the event).

You can view expired events in the [Past Events] list. Click [Active] to reactivate the expired events that are within the event period.

The available Promotions can be displayed at the top of the ordering page.

After the customer completes ordering, enter the Checkout page, and click on [Coupon/Promotion].

Choose the promotion event, and click [Done] to take effect.

Pay and the customer can get corresponding points and extra points.

Points inquiry:

① Enter the [REWARDS & DEALS] page and click on [VIEW REWARDS]

② Click on [My Points] to view.
