In this article, you will learn how to configure a "Buy X Get Coupon" promotion. You can use this feature to promote products and clear excess stock. It can also improve the repurchase rate by continuously promoting popular items like beverages and snacks.

In the Enterprise Portal, navigate to [Promotions] - [Buy X Get Coupon], then click on [+] to create a new promotion.

Coupon Settings:

Name: Name the promotion in the textbox.

Description: Input the necessary description here. (For example, promotion rules.)

Internal Note: Note for internal use only. Customers will not be able to see this.

Set the promotion's duration.

Set the promotion's threshold (only those who meet this threshold can use it).

Click on [+ Select Coupon] to add a coupon

Select the appropriate coupon and click on [Save].

You can set the amount of coupons available or delete coupons.

Participating Channels:

App, Web, Kiosk, and POS are available in this case.

Click [Save] to activate.

Click [Promote Event List] to redirect to another page. You can use the [Ongoing Events] list to see available promotions. Click on the [blue button] to view promotion details or the [red button] to disable it.

On the promotion's detail page, you can see the total order amount, the number of orders, and customers participating. You can change the promotion's description, internal notes, and menu items involved in the activity (other items cannot be edited during the promotion period).

In the [Past Events] list, you can view expired promotions, and click [Active] to reactivate a promotion that has expired but is still within its validity period.
