In this article, you will learn how to set up coupon templates to optimize your marketing strategy. We will walk you through the process of creating and customizing coupon templates, allowing you to attract and retain customers more effectively.

In the Enterprise Portal, click [Promotions] - [Coupon Center] to enter the page

You can create Cash Coupon, Discount Coupon, Item Coupon, or Add-on Coupon.

Under [Add Coupon] - [Coupon Type], select a type of coupon

Enter the Coupon Name for subsequent management

[Cash Coupon]: Enter coupon value

[Discount Coupon]: Set discount percentage

[Item Coupon]: Set which items can be discounted

Coupon valid period

Enter a description and internal note. (optional)

Set the threshold for the coupon.

[No Usage Threshold] means zero threshold.

[Minimum Amount] only shows when reaching the threshold

Choose available dates

Choose the channels that can use the coupon

Set available stores

Click [Save] to create a coupon

In the Enterprise Portal, click [Promotions] - [Coupon Center] to enter the page.

Search and view details in the Coupon List.

The first button: View the details of the coupon.

The second button: Check the usage of coupons.

The third button: Edits coupon's name, description, and internal note.

Click [Copy] to copy the coupon ID, or click [Inactive] to disable the coupon.
