In this article, you will learn how to configure a "Coupon for Next Order" promotion. You can reward customers by offering discounts or gifts, encouraging repurchases, guiding them to try new products, or prompting customers to use vouchers for their next purchase.

Note: The "Coupon for Next Order" feature can only be used on the App and Web.

How to Configure the "Coupon for the Next Order"

In the Enterprise Portal, navigate to [Promotions] - [Coupon For Next Order], and click on [+] to create a coupon.

Coupon Settings:

Name: Name the promotion in the textbox.

Description: Input the necessary description here. (For example, promotion rules.)

Internal Note: Note for internal use only. Customers will not be able to see this.

Set Event Active dates

Set Minimum Order Amount (the discount can only be used when minimum amount is reached)

Click [+ Select Coupon] to add a coupon

Click on [Save] after selecting the corresponding coupons.

You can edit the number of coupons, or delete coupons.

Set participation restrictions

Channels can participate:

It can be used on the app and web but does not support POS or Kiosks.

Click [Save] to activate

How to View Event Details

Navigate to [Promote Event List]. You can view ongoing promotional events in the [Ongoing Events] list, click on the [blue button] to view event details, and the [red button] to disable the event.

In the event details page, you can view the total order amount, order quantity, and customer quantity participating in the event. You can also change the event description, internal note, and participating menu items (other items cannot be changed during the event)

You can view expired events in the [Past Events] list, and click on [Active] to reactivate expired events that are still within the event duration.
