With Peblla's built-in purchase rewards, offering bonus points for new promotional items is a winning strategy. In this article, we'll guide you through setting up a bonus point promotion using Peblla's promotion tools.

📖 Tutorial

"Buy X Get Bonus Points" can be found only on the Enterprise Portal. Navigate to Enterprise Portal - [Promotions] - [Increase Average Order Value] - [Buy X Get Bonus Points].

Configure Name and Description:

Name: The promotion name will be displayed at the top of the order page for customers.

Description: This information is visible to customers when they click on the promotion.

Internal Notes: These notes are intended for internal employee reference only.

(Note: Ensure the description includes detailed information about the promotion, especially its parameters.)

Since we are doing just the drink category for double points, we need to select "Special Category" and then choose "Drink." And since there's no quantity limit, we can keep 1 for "Minimum Quantity."

When configuring the bonus point, make sure you only give point ADDITIONAL to the original configuration. For example: Here, we are rewarding double points, and therefore only 1 extra time(s) of points is given.

Leave channels and stores as default, since we want the promotion to be applied on all ends.

Then configure the dates (and time!), and you are good to go!
