"Buy 1 Get 1 Discount" can be found in both the Store Portal and Enterprise Portal. In this tutorial, we will demonstrate using the Store Portal.

Navigate to Enterprise Portal - [Promotions] - [Promotions] - [Buy 1 Get 1 Discount]. You can use the "Buy 1 Get 1 Discount" feature to set up "BOGO" deals.

Configure Name and Description:

Name: The promotion name will be displayed at the top of the order page for customers.

Description: This information is visible to customers when they click on the promotion.

Internal Notes: These notes are intended for internal employee reference only.

(Note: Ensure the description includes detailed information about the promotion, especially its parameters.)

Since we are doing "BOGO," the customer only needs to buy "1," and also since this time we are doing all items, just leave the scope to "All."

Customers are getting their second item 50% off, so let's put "50" under discount value.

Participating Channels:

We can leave channels and stores (corporate-level only) as they are since the promotion is going to be available to all channels and stores.

Configure Active Dates:

Then choose the date. Make sure it's running from the beginning of the day to the end of the day.
