Navigate to Store Portal - [Promotions] - [Promotions] and use the [Order Discount] feature to set up "Happy Hour" promotion. The feature is available in both the Store Portal and the Enterprise Portal.
Configure Name and Description:
Name: The promotion name will be displayed at the top of the order page for customers.
Description: This information is visible to customers when they click on the promotion.
Internal Notes: These notes are intended for internal employee reference only.
(Note: Ensure the description includes detailed information about the promotion, especially its parameters.)
If the discount applies only to alcoholic beverages, ensure that only these items are included in the promotion:
In the discount value section, choose "Include" and then select "Special Categories," since all alcoholic beverages fall under this category. Click [+ Add Special] to select the appropriate categories from the existing menu.
Check the categories and then click [Add] to save.
All selected categories will be displayed on the page.
Configure Discount Value:
For example, to offer 50% off for all items, select "Percentage" and enter "50" in the "Discount Amount" field.
Configure Usage Limits:
Since this is an ongoing promotion available to everyone, please leave the "Usage Limits" and "Channel Limits" sections unchanged.
Participating Stores:
If you are configuring this promotion on the corporate level, remember to select participating stores.
Configure Special Hours:
Instead of "All Time," choose "Special Hours," and select Monday to Thursday. Configure the "Hours" and select from 4 PM to 6 PM. Then the promotion will only run during these special hours.
