TikTok vouchers come in two types, and only one of them needs to be set up in the Store Portal.
A product voucher is redeemed on the POS as a free TikTok Combo that is added to the order, so you need to build that combo here first. A cash voucher deducts an amount at checkout and requires no setup in Peblla at all.
Before you start:
Your store must be onboarded with TikTok Go. TikTok guides you through that process.
In your TikTok merchant portal, the Store Application ID of each store must be set to your Peblla Merchant ID. If the two do not match, no voucher can be redeemed. For a brand with several locations, every store listed in TikTok needs this.
The TikTok integration must be turned on for your store. Contact Peblla Support to enable it and to get your Merchant ID.
Once the integration is on, a TikTok Combo tab appears in [Menu] - [Combo], and [Redeem Voucher] appears on the POS.

Navigate to Peblla Store Portal - [Menu] - [Combo], then switch to the TikTok Combo tab. The page opens on the regular Combo tab by default.
Click [Create] to open the combo builder. It is the same builder you use for a regular combo.
Select the items that make up the combo. Both fixed sets and Advanced Mode (choose N out of M, in one or more groups) are supported.
Enter the TikTok Application Product ID. This field is required, and it must match the product ID of the same item in your TikTok merchant portal. This is how the two sides are matched.
Save. The combo is available on the POS right away and appears as a TikTok Combo tile.
How a TikTok Combo is different from a regular combo
You do not set a price. A TikTok Combo is always free (price 0), and its options cannot add a markup. Pricing is configured on the TikTok side.
TikTok Application Product ID is required. It is a text field and it is not pre-filled for you.
Items in the combo cannot have sizes, modifier groups, or tastes. Only standalone items can be selected. A banner at the top of the list page repeats this rule.
Note: Peblla does not sync products with TikTok automatically. You need to create matching combos with the same rules in both the Store Portal and your TikTok merchant portal.
If one voucher is valid at several locations
Create the same TikTok Combo in each location, and enter the same TikTok Application Product ID in all of them. For example, if a voucher is valid at ten of your stores, build that combo ten times, once per store, all with the same ID.
Cash vouchers
Cash vouchers need no setup in Peblla. As long as the store matches and the voucher is valid, meets its minimum spend and is within its valid dates, it can be applied at checkout on the POS.
