In this article, you will learn how to add a categories promotion, which is different from a regular promotion. The configuration of a promotional category includes adding items, setting the kiosk's icon, and naming the promotional category. This guide will walk you through each step to ensure your promotional categories are effectively set up and displayed.

Navigate to Store Portal, go to [Menu], then click [Categories Promote]

If the new category is under the [Popular] promotion, you can use it directly. The following are the instructions for each step:

Turn on the switch button, then click the [Edit] button to open the editing page

Click [Add Items] to add the items to promote

Select the items you want to add and click the [>] button. Then click [Confirm] to apply the changes. If you want to delete items after selection, select the item and click the [<] button.

Set an icon for the promotion to display on the kiosk. If no icon is added, the default icon will be a fire symbol.

Click [Save] to apply the changes

If the new category is NOT under the [Popular] promotion, the following are the corresponding instructions:

Click [Add Custom Category]

Enter the category name, then follow the same steps as described in the section above.
