In this article, you will learn how to create item categories.

All items need to be organized into specific categories. This makes it easier for both employees and customers to locate them when placing an order. You can always make special categories for promotional items.

Navigate to Store Portal - [Menu] - [Categories], then click [+ Add Category].

Enter the name of the category and click [Save] (the red asterisk indicates a required field).

By clicking the number under the [Items Associate] column, you can see all items under that category. Use the cross symbol on the right to arrange the item sequence.

The [Menu] column shows which menu the category belongs to. If there's only one menu, you do not need to select it.

The [Operation Time] column displays the last modification time.

Use the cross icon to drag and arrange the category display sequence on the ordering page; Use the blue button to edit existing categories or the red button to delete them.
