Menu sales reports are especially beneficial for restaurants with multiple menus, offering a comprehensive overview of the sales performance for each menu. These reports help you fully understand how each menu contributes to your overall success.

Access Menu Sales Report

Navigate to Peblla Store Portal, go to [Report], and select [Menu Sales]

Customize Your Report

Filter by Channel

You can view a comprehensive report covering all channels or choose to see a report for a specific channel only.

Filter by Time

Select the time range for the report you would like to view.

You can also compare the current report with data from a previous time period.

Menu Revenue

  • Item Sold: Number of items sold from the particular menu.

  • Subtotal: Total subtotal of items sold from the particular menu.

  • Percentage: Subtotal/ Total Subtotal

  • Gross Sales: Total Gross Sales of items sold from the particular menu. The total Gross Sales should be the same as the number in the Peblla Store Portal - [Report] - [Menu Sales]

  • Refund: Total amount of refunds from the particular menu.

  • Net Sales = Gross Sales - Refund.

By clicking the dropdown box, you can select to compare the range of different menus, allowing for a single selection at a time.

  • Gross Sales: View the report by Gross Sales, including taxes, tips, promotions, etc.

  • Subtotal: View the report by Subtotal.

  • Item Volume: View the report by the number of orders.
