In this article, you will learn how to read the item sales report. The item sales report allows you to delve into the sales quantity, total sales, and proportion data for different categories, items, and add-ons over a specific period.

Access Sales Report
In the Store Portal, go to [Report], click on [Item Sales].
Customize Sales Report
Filter by Categories and Time
You can either explore the comprehensive report covering all categories or examine individual category reports separately.
Select the report for the specific time period you wish to review.
Click [Search]
Click [Download Report] to download the report.
Report Summary Overview
Total Revenue: The total Subtotal of orders for the chosen time period.
Total Revenue = Items Sold + Toppings Sold.
Total Discount: The total discount amount reflects savings from using various discounts, including point deductions, product exchanges, promotions, and more.
Items Sold: Total items sold
Toppings Sold: Total sales of add-ons
Sales Reports Across Different Times Periods
Time of Revenue: The daily, monthly, or quarterly revenue for the selected period.
Day of Week: This provides a summary of revenue performance for each specific day of the week during the chosen period.
Time of Day: The summary of the revenue performance for the specific time within the day.
Sales: The total of Subtotal for the selected period.
Order Volume: The numbers of orders for the selected period.
Item Based View: The report will be summarized by items.
Combo Based View: If your menu includes combos, this will allow you to view the performance of items within those combos collectively.
Category Sales Overview
Sales Volume: Number of items sold in a category.
Sales: The total Subtotal of items sold in a category.
Portion (%): A special category sales/ total sales.
Items Sales Overview
Note: Items of varying sizes will be displayed as separate entries.
Sales Volume: Number of items sold.
Sales: Sales Volume * the unit price of this item.
Portion In Category: The ratio of special items sold to the total items sold within their respective category.
Volume Subtotal: The total number of items sold across all size variations.
Sales Subtotal: The total sales amount across all size variations.
You may view the report by "items based view" or "combo based view".
Click on [View unsold item] to see items that haven't been sold and [View sold item] to review items that have recorded sales.
Topping Sales Overview
Sales Volume: Number of toppings sold.
Sales: Sales Volume*the unit price of this topping.
Portion (%): A special topping sales/ total sales
Click on [View unsold topping] to see toppings that haven not been sold and [View sold topping] to review toppings that have recorded sales.
