Access Third-party Channel

Navigate to Store Portal, go to [Report], and select [Third-party Channel]

Customize Your Report

Filter by Sources

3rd Party Integration

Access the sales report to see transactions that were automatically recorded via the integration feature.

Manual Entry

Access the sales report to see transactions that were manually entered through the in-store POS.

Filter by Time

Select the report for your desired time range, options include daily, monthly, or quarterly views, then specify the exact period you wish to examine.

Click [Search] to refresh and view.

Summary Panel Overview

Note: Please note that the total revenue captured through our third-party integration reflects the sales data reported by your third-party delivery platform.

Third-party Sales Analytics

You can analyze the specifics of total revenue, order volume, and dish sales volume across various third-party platforms.

Third-Party Order Sales Analysis Pie Chart: By default, the center of the pie chart is empty. As you hover over a segment, it highlights and displays the name of the corresponding third-party platform along with the relevant data.
