Product Mix Report shows how every part of your menu is selling, from menus and categories down to individual items and add-ons. Use it to spot your best-sellers, find slow movers, and see how a change on your menu affects sales.
Find the Report
In Store Portal, go to Report Center > Menu > Product Mix Report.
Roles with Sales Summary access get this permission automatically. If you don't see it, ask your store owner to turn on the Product Mix Report permission for your role.
View & Export Data
At the top of the page, choose a date range (Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month, or Custom). You can also use Custom Hours to focus on a specific time of day. Then click Search to refresh the data.
The Total row at the top shows the totals for the whole report. Click any column header to sort by it.
Click Export to download a CSV file of exactly what you see on the page, including your date range, filters, menu levels, and columns.
Drill Down Your Menu
The report follows your menu structure: Menu > Category > Item > Add-on. By default, you see Menu > Category > Item. Click the arrow next to a row to expand it.
Use Menu hierarchy to choose which levels to show:
Menus
Categories
Items
Add-ons
Custom Items: items entered by hand on the POS, shown as "Item Name (Custom)"
An item's sales already include the add-on charges. Add-on rows show each add-on's own quantity and sales, so there's no need to add them to the item.
Looking for something specific? Type in Search item name to find any menu, category, item, or add-on.
Include Third-Party Orders
By default, the report shows 3rd Party Excl., which covers orders from your own channels only. Switch to 3rd Party Incl. to add orders from third-party delivery platforms. Third-party sales are grouped by platform and listed by item name, separate from your own menu items.
Show Percentages
Turn on Show percentages to see each value's share of its column total, shown right under the number. Avg Price doesn't show a percentage.
Filter Data
Click Filters to narrow down your data by:
