To add, remove, or configure a POS device, navigate to:
Store Portal → Devices → POS.
Counter POS Settings
Each POS must be configured correctly to ensure accurate ordering, payment processing, and cash tracking.
Name
We recommend using a distinctive name to clearly differentiate between POS stations (for example, Front Counter, Bar POS, or Server Station 1).
SN (Serial Number)
The serial number is located on:
The POS home screen
The back of the device
Mode
Select the operating mode based on how the POS will be used:
Counter Quick Service: Access to quick service mode only
Counter Table Service: Access to both quick service and table service
Handheld Mode: Access to both quick and table service with limited features
Designed for tableside ordering rather than full POS operations
Cash Mode
Choose how cash is handled on this POS:
Cash in Drawer: Select if the POS is connected to a physical cash drawer
Cash in Hand: Select if no cash drawer is attached
Handheld mode POS devices can only be set to Cash in Hand.
Host POS
The Host POS processes all online orders, including:
App and Web orders
Self-service table ordering (QR codes and tablets)
Each store can have one Host POS.
Printer
Assigning a printer will route orders placed on this POS to the selected printer.
Card Reader
Card reader information will appear automatically on this page once the reader is physically connected to the POS.
