Settings - Report Settings

To adjust your reporting preferences, go to Store Portal > Settings > Report Settings.

Here, you can update your service period settings and configure your End of Day reports and Reporting Category. These settings will directly affect how your daily reports appear—both on the POS and in the Peblla Portal.

Service Period

You can add or edit existing service periods in your settings.

After setting up each service period name, proceed to assign them to your weekly schedule.

After setting up each service period name, proceed to assign them to your weekly schedule.

You can have a different schedule for each day. For example, Sunday dinner can range from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, while other days might run from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Or, you may only serve lunch on Sundays.

Orders will be counted toward the service period based on the time the order is opened, not when it is paid or closed.

Be sure to save your settings to ensure the service periods are reflected correctly in your reports.

POS Report

The POS Report module allows you to customize how reports are printed directly from your POS terminal. You can adjust the layout, choose which sections to include, and see a live preview of the printout on the right side of the screen.

Reports Affected:

  • POS Close Out DayZ Report

  • POS Service ReportService Report

  • POS ReportDaily Report, Monthly Report

You can rearrange report sections, choose what to include or exclude, and tailor the output to better match your store’s reporting needs.

Report Category

Report Category is a custom grouping tool used to place multiple menu items into a single reporting analysis category, making it easier to aggregate reports and analyze the business by classification. It is independent from the existing menu classification (Menu - Category - Item), letting stores break down sales data at the reporting level according to their own definitions without changing the menu structure customers order from.

Once category is created, you can navigate to Store Portal > Menu and attach report category to different menus, categories and items.

Reporting category will generally inherit from the upper level menu, e.g. category will automatically inherit the report category the menu it's in. However, you can always override setting on the category or item level.
