In this article, you’ll learn how to send an app notification to your existing customers using Peblla. You can select target users, choose the notification type, and even schedule notifications for future events. Using this feature can help increase sales by keeping your customers informed and engaged.

Access the App Notification Page
Log in to the Peblla Enterprise Portal
From the [Marketing] drop-down menu, click on 【App Notification】 to navigate to the notification management page.
Manage Notifications
On the App Notification page, you have several options:
Add a new notification.
Edit an existing notification.
Delete a notification.
Schedule a notification for a future date.
Create a New Notification
Click on the [+ Add New Push] button. This will open the Add New Push page.
Configure your notification by setting the following:
Notification Title: The headline of your notification.
Notification Text: The message content.
Name: A unique identifier for internal reference.
Link Type: The type of link (e.g., URL, deep link) that your notification will include.
Scheduling: Set the date and time if you wish to schedule the notification for later.
Target Receiver: Choose the audience for your notification.
Publish Your Notification
Once you’re satisfied with your configuration, click on [Publish] to save and send your notification.
Edit or Delete Existing Notifications
To edit an existing notification, click the green button next to it.
To delete a notification, click the red button next to it.
