Accessing the Member Section
Log in to your Peblla Store Portal.
Navigate to the [Member] section by clicking on the Member tab. Here, you'll find a list of your restaurant members, which includes details such as name, phone number, point balance, lifetime spending, sign-up time, and both consent and active statuses.
Selecting a Member
In the member list, locate the Phone column.
Click on the phone number of the customer to whom you want to send a cash coupon. This action will take you to the Member Profile page.
Sending the Coupon
On the Member Profile page, locate the balance section and click on Send Coupon.
Configure the coupon settings:
Coupon Name
Type
Value
Quantity
Actions
Optionally, you can enter a custom message in the notification section to deliver to the customer.
After reviewing your configuration, click Send to deliver the cash coupon to the selected customer.
