This guide will walk you through a simple process to reset your printer, ensuring it's ready for use again in just a few steps. How to Reset Label Printer

  • Step 1: Turn Off the Printer

    Begin by turning off your printer. Ensure the power is completely off before proceeding to the next step.

  • Step 2: Press and Hold Buttons

    Simultaneously press and hold the [Feed] and [Pause] buttons on the printer. These buttons are typically located on the front of the printer.

  • Step 3: Power On the Printer

    While holding the [Feed] and [Pause] buttons, turn the printer back on. Continue to hold the buttons as the printer powers up.

  • Step 4: Wait for the Indicator Lights

    Keep holding the buttons until the red light on the printer turns off and the blue light turns on. This may take a few seconds, but it signals that the reset process is underway.

  • Step 5: Release the Buttons

    Once the blue light turns on, release the [Feed] and [Pause] buttons.

  • Step 6: Restart the Printer and Test Printing

    Turn off the printer again and restart it after a few seconds. Once the printer has rebooted, test it by printing a label to ensure it's functioning correctly.
